1. Current App Status

BW in 30 does not currently offer in-app account creation or sign-in. Most gameplay information, such as player names and settings, is stored locally on the user’s device rather than in a server-side account.

2. How To Request Deletion

1. Email info@bwin30.co.bw with the subject line BW in 30 Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address or contact details you previously used when contacting us, and describe the information you want deleted.
3. If needed, we may ask for limited verification so we can identify the correct records before deleting them.

3. Data That Can Be Deleted

• Support emails, feedback submissions, and contact records that can reasonably be linked to you.
• Associated personal data where deletion is required by applicable law and technically feasible.

4. Data That May Be Kept

• Records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.
• Device-local gameplay data stored only on your phone until you remove the app or clear the app’s local storage.

5. Retention Period

Where retention is legally or operationally required, we keep only the minimum records necessary for the required period and delete or anonymise the rest when reasonably possible.
